Hannick is promoting this 6.4 acre site in the village of Chiseldon, Wiltshire. The site is within walking distance of a range of community services and facilities, including the village primary school, local shops, pub, recreation ground and village hall. An outline planning application for up to 42 dwellings has been submitted and we are currently engaging with Swindon Borough Council and the Parish Council, working towards its determination. We have used a landscape-led approach throughout the design process to ensure our proposals integrate well with the existing character of this area, and we have included a mix of houses which meet local needs.
