Having successfully achieved a Local Plan allocation, planning has been secured and the site has subsequently been sold to Barratt Homes. Outline planning permission, with some matters reserved, allows for up to 530 dwellings including vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access, car parking, public open space, landscaping, infrastructure and other associated works. The scheme will deliver a mix of private and affordable housing.
