Land East of Bridgwater
Having successfully achieved a Local plan allocation, we are pleased to have secured a resolution to grant outline planning permission with some matters reserved, for the erection of up to 530 dwellings including vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access, car parking, public open space, landscaping, infrastructure and other associated works. The scheme will deliver a mix of private and affordable housing. Work is currently progressing on the Section 106 agreement.
