Hannick is promoting this 17 acre site in the Wiltshire town of Melksham. This site is located adjacent to other land which Hannick is also promoting and which we have secured a proposed allocation on within the Wiltshire local Plan Review. Both sites represent a very sustainable location, being close to primary and secondary schools, employment areas and many other services and facilities associated with the town. We are currently promoting this site through Wiltshire Council’s emerging Local Plan and engaging with local stakeholders.
