Working with Gaiger Brothers, Hannick purchased a redundant military site, in excess of 60 acres. Over a number of years, planning was obtained for several hundred houses, offices, retail uses and a marina utilising the Kennet and Avon Canal. Hannick built out approximately 200 houses.
