Hannick Homes has an interest in this 4.5 acre site in the Wiltshire village of Aldbourne. Working with Aldbourne Parish Council, Hannick managed to secure the benefit of an allocation for residential development in the Aldbourne Neighbourhood Plan. An outline planning application was submitted for up to 32 dwellings and this has now received consent.
Hannick knows Aldbourne well having successfully completed a number of other developments within the village, the most recent one being the redevelopment of a brownfield site within the village for 11 dwellings.
