Hannick Homes has an interest in this 4.5 acre site in the Wiltshire village of Aldbourne. Working with Aldbourne Parish Council, Hannick has managed to secure the benefit of an allocation for residential development in the Aldbourne Neighbourhood Plan. An outline planning application for up to 32 dwellings has been submitted and we are currently working with Wiltshire Council and the Parish Council towards its determination.
Hannick knows Aldbourne well having successfully completed a number of other developments within the village, the most recent one being the redevelopment of a brownfield site within the village for 11 dwellings.
