The site is sustainably located, within walking distance to the town centre, employment areas and a range of other facilities. Following the refusal of a planning application in December 2021 for 26 dwellings, Hannick successfully appealed the decision. Consent for reserved matters has been secured on the land and it has been successfully sold.
