St Georges Road, Semington
Working closely with the local community, Hannick initially secured planning permission for 24 houses and community allotments on part of this site. The consented development was sensitively designed to reflect the character of the village and the adjacent Grade II Listed former St George’s Hospital. Planning permission was subsequently secured for a further 18 dwellings on the remainer of the site. Both schemes have now been sold.
