The Fiddle, Cricklade

Hannick is promoting this 2 acre site in Cricklade. The site has good links to the town centre and Cricklade’s other facilities and it represents a logical expansion to the town’s western boundary.  We are promoting this site and our other interest in Cricklade within Wiltshire Council’s Local Plan review and the Town Council’s future update of its Neighbourhood Plan. Hannick has previously worked successfully with the Town Council and local residents in bringing forward the Stockham Close (49 dwellings) and Stockham Gardens (8 dwellings) developments located to the east of the town. In addition to housing, the Stockham Close development also included the provision of a small park and ride, a rugby pitch and a large amount of public open space.
