Witts Lane, Purton

Hannick owns this 10.5 acre site in Purton, Wiltshire. Purton has an excellent range of facilities all of which can be accessed from our site by walking or cycling. The site represents a logical location for future development with housing currently to its north, west and east. We envisage the northern part of the site coming forward for housing, roughly in line with the existing built boundary, and the southern part of the site being turned into public open space for local people. We are promoting this site within Wiltshire Council’s Local Plan review and the Parish Council’s future update of its Neighbourhood Plan.

Over the years Hannick has competed a number of small scale development in Purton, including dwellings at Jewels Ash, redevelopment of the former Northview Hospital, and the Shaftesbury Close and Station Mews developments off Station Road.
